Been thinking about getting a HydroJug since the design looks solid, but I’ve had mixed experiences with water bottles in the past. Some brands stand by their products, while others make it a pain to deal with replacements or defects. Has anyone reached out to HydroJug customer service for issues like leaks, damaged lids, or order problems? Did they fix it, or was it frustrating?

Ordered one of their bottles and liked the size, but after a few weeks, the lid started leaking. Checked hydrojug customer service before reaching out, just to see what I was in for. Sent an email with photos, and after a couple of days, they responded and sent a new lid. Took a little longer than I expected, but they did follow through. If something goes wrong, having proof (like photos and order details) seems to speed up the process.
