Filing government documents online sounds convenient, but not every service delivers on speed and accuracy. I came across GovPlus and was wondering if they actually make the process easier. Has anyone used their service for document processing? If there was an issue, how did GovPlus customer service handle it? Were they responsive, or did it take a while to get a resolution?
