Did they get things fixed quickly, or was it a long process?

Had a reporting issue that messed up my workflow, so I started searching for net health phone number to get in touch with support. Took a bit of waiting to reach someone, but once I did, the rep actually knew the system well and walked me through a fix. It wasn’t instant, but at least I didn’t get bounced around between departments. Now I make sure to double-check reports early so I’m not stuck waiting when I actually need them.
